"Heart-on A String: Jewelry & Body Decorations" first began as an escape for a very talented individual... long before she had so much as a flicker of any idea that she was good for anything ( much less good at anything)! She originally started working with beads when her abusive life-partner was on the rampage... she could do it and tune him out, but it wasn't long before people within her community started to share how much they enjoyed her work... Soon they were begging her to sell them some of the stuff she had made for herself. In fact, it wasn't long until all of Albuquerque was had at least heard of her creations!

She left her partner & continued to make jewelry. Now she had become addicted to designing & creating revolutionary pieces.

Now, several years after the initial buzz, she had found a new partner, one who was awe struck by her creations & encouraged her to start her own business. Heart-on a String was born! Armed with such strong support, her eyes started to open finally, & once they opened fully... there was nowhere else to go but straight up to the top!
